William M. Wood
Bill has over 35 years of experience in retained search and a proven track record in building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Prior to partnering with Joe Bob Lake and forming Corps Consulting, Bill was the founding partner of Wood-Snodgrass Inc. and of Wood-Glavin Inc. Corps Consulting provides retained executive search and HR consulting for their clients in a highly specialized fashion.

Joseph “Joe Bob” Lake
Joe Bob has over 40 years of experience as a CEO or COO in both private and public companies. He additionally has 8 years of senior management experience in the nonprofit sector. He currently is a partner with Bill Wood in Corps Consulting, LLC, offering HR services to clients in a very focused and unique way.

Joe Bob’s many years of organizational leadership in diverse industry sectors have provided him with many ”lessons learned” that can be of great value and provide a unique perspective to a variety of clients.
Fletcher M. Lamkin, Ph.D.
Dr. Lamkin earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, his Master of Engineering degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and his
Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Washington in Seattle. A 36-year Army veteran, his service includes command and staff assignments in Hawaii, Vietnam, Korea, and Germany, as
well as the Continental United States. He served more than 16 years on the West Point Faculty, where he was a professor, Head of the Civil and Mechanical Engineering Department, and West Point’s
10th Dean of the Academic Board. A Graduate of Airborne and Ranger Schools, the Army Command and General Staff College, and a distinguished graduate of the Naval War College, Dr. Lamkin’s awards
include the National Defense Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Bronze Star, and five awards of the Air Medal, as well as numerous service medals. After retiring from the Army in 2000 as a
Brigadier General, Dr. Lamkin served in leadership capacity in many academic organizations. After 20 years of service in academia, he retired as President of Westminster College in
2020.

He and his wife, Cindy, who is accomplished musician and educator, are currently living in Jefferson City, Missouri.
